2019–2022 — East Bethel City Council. City records note that Suzanne began serving on January 14, 2019. During that term she also served as a liaison to the Anoka County-Blaine Airport Commission, Parks and Planning, and participated in Personnel and Booster Day work. December 2022 City record

Her earlier public service also includes the St. Francis Area School Board and Northeast Metro 916, experience that predates her East Bethel municipal service.
Military leadership
Suzanne retired from the U.S. Army as a Master Sergeant. Her military background included logistics and leadership responsibilities.
